Does my profile has to be public during delivery?

Yes. In order for our system to deliver your likes properly, your account must be set to public. If your account is set to private, we won’t know when you upload a new photo.

However, if you still would like to keep your account private, there is a workaround. Set your account to public when registering and back to private after completion. From then on, you just have to set your account to public for about 5-10 minutes after you upload your media.

Please note that if you do set your account to private any pending likes may be voided.

How long does it take to activate my plan?

Will there be any activity on my profile?

What's two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication, or 2FA, is a way of securitizing your Instagram account. When enabled, you may receive either an email or an SMS asking you to verify your login. A code is presented to you through the email or SMS, which you then enter when opening the Instagram application on your phone.

Your account manager has no way to access your email or SMS to get this code, so it’s important you disable 2FA so that your account manager can login to start growing your Instagram.

Can I normally use my account?

Of course! Your account is your own, and our service will run in the background. You can use your account as you normally would.

How can I stop or change the service settings?

It’s very easy to cancel your plan or change your strategy. Simply send us an email or contact us through our different communication channels.

Is there a minimum contract period?
